Prices & payment

All goods are presented with a price including VAT. At checkout,the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping cost will be shown. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

Right of withdrawal

As a private person, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in case of distance purchase. The right of withdrawal does not include goods that have been specially manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise received a clear personal touch.

In our design tool you will see a preview of the final product. When you complete a purchase of a self-designed product, you accept that the final product may differ slightly in color and shape compared to the preview. Our ambition is for all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and therefore want you to get back to us in the event of any dissatisfaction with the final product so that we have a chance to remedy it.

Delivery

Normal delivery time is about one week, but depending on the level of complexity of your design, as well as during periods of high demand, we may need up to about two weeks to ensure a high-quality product.

Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fee, currently 15 EUR.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense, except in cases where you received a defective item.

Repayment obligation

We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
